Watson · Gardner · Brown recognizes the importance of privacy and the sensitivity of personal information.  As an Executive Search firm we have a professional obligation to keep confidential all information we receive within our firm-client relationship.  We are committed to protecting any personal information we hold.  All information collected is used strictly for the provision and delivery of the services for which it was collected and we adhere to the rules and regulations of PIPEDA.  In doing so, we protect the privacy of our prospective and current Corporate clients and individuals that utilize our services. Personal information is any information that identifies you, or by which your identity could be deduced.  If we did not collect and use your personal information we could not provide you with executive search services. We collect information only by lawful and fair means.  Watson · Gardner · Brown takes all precautions to ensure Personal Information is kept safe from loss, unauthorized access, modification or disclosure.

In most cases, we shall ask you to specifically consent, if we collect, use or disclose your personal information.  Normally, we ask for your consent in writing, but in some circumstances we may accept your oral consent.
